The Small-Scale ISP Operations Masterclass was delivered, both online and on-site, across five (5) geo-political zones representative locations – Abuja, Lagos, Port-Harcourt, Owerri and Kano – with the support of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office of the Government of United Kingdom (FCDO) and other strategic partners. The sessions took place across August 2022. In all, 136 attendees were trained by experienced industry practitioners to enhance the capacity, resilience and sustainability of their operations.

Seven modules featured in the Masterclass Curriculum – Business Financing, Optimal Technologies, Operations Management, Product Management, Optimizing Business Data, Customer Education as well as Compliance, Regulation and Stakeholder Management.

The trainees commended the FCDO and IDI for the rich and unique content of the programme and the quality of the facilitators and affirmed their willingness to attend further capacity building interventions of the organizations.
